Trans-Mongolian Train - Extension

Day 1: Arrive in Beijing

Upon arrival in Beijing, you are met and transferred to your centrally located hotel in downtown Beijing. The rest of the day is free at leisure. No meals or activities are planned today. Overnight in Beijing.

Day 2: Depart Beijing on the Trans-Mongolian Train

Morning transfer from the hotel to the train station. The train journey takes about 28 hours in length. It leaves Beijing in the morning and arrives in Ulaanbaatar the next day in the afternoon. Your overnight is on the train. The journey is fantastic: travel through northern China, across the Asian Steppe, through the Great Wall of China, across the Gobi Desert — this is a journey you won't forget. Breakfast at the hotel in Beijing.

Day 3: Arrive in Ulaanbatar

Upon arrival in Ulaanbaatar, you are met and transferred to our centrally located hotel in Ulaanbaatar. Welcome to Mongolia!
